Open Call For Volunteers

IME invites applications for its Volunteer Programme – a celebration of community, collaboration and camaraderie.

Volunteers transform museums into spaces of discovery and learning by enlivening the space with their stories, meaningful interactions and fun activities. They enhance the relevance of the museum to a broader audience and make their visit a memorable one.

At IME, our volunteers serve as vital liaisons between the visitors and the team. They facilitate guided tours for diverse audiences, support our programmes and workshops by assisting with logistics, artist and stage management, and help with admin work on a need basis.

Once you apply through the link below, shortlisted volunteers will undergo comprehensive training covering museum content, audience engagement, safety and inclusion protocols and IME’s ongoing projects.
