Job Description:
- Responsible for marketing and promotion of the museum and its collections, programs, activities, exhibitions, and venues
- Develops and executes marketing strategy to achieve the museum’s goals
- With the Director, develops and implements the annual marketing and communication budgets; manages expenses to budget
- Leads event ticket sales strategy, pricing, promotion
- Serves as primary liaison to agencies/ consultants for social media, PR, website and SEO
- Writes marketing content such as event descriptors, press releases, newsletter, annual report etc.
- Coordinates development of collaterals to disseminate information
- Develops networks for event / program sponsorship
Skill set:
- Knowledge and experience of marketing, preferably in performing arts or museum sector

Job Role : Arts Facilitator for Education Programmes
- Experience: Minimum 2 years teaching/ practising any form of art.
- Education: B.A / BFA or any equivalent degree in Arts Program
- Languages Known- English and Kannada mandatory, Hindi optional.
- Work Location: Indian Music Experience Museum, JP nagar, and various places in Bengaluru.
Skills Required:
- Self-motivated and creative.
- Good communication skills, innovative and demonstrates patience and courteous behavior during their interaction with small children.

Key Responsibilities:
- IME is looking for passionate Arts Educators to support our Education Programmes, specially with school groups who visit on field trips.
- The Art Educators will help build and execute exciting field trip programs for school students, lead guided tours through the museum and help develop activity sheets to enhance the museum experience.

Job Role : Sales and marketing executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online and offline branding/acquisition opportunities.

- Education: A certificate course or completion of Government exams for Indian Art forms and highest grade completion for Western art forms.
- Languages Known- English and Kannada mandatory, Hindi optional.
- Work Location: Indian Music Experience Museum, JP nagar, and various places in Bengaluru.

Hiring Instructors for various art forms at the Indian Music Experience Learning Centre:
Indian art forms:
- Karnatik Vocal and Hindustani Vocal
- Mridangam, Violin, Veene

Western Art forms:
- Keyboard

Modes of classes:
- Group classes – at IME (on weekdays and weekends).
- One-on-one virtual classes (held once a week).
- Classes at various places and schools facilitated by IME.
Skills Required:

Key Responsibilities:
- Should be willing to travel to various places in Bengaluru to take classes facilitated by IME.
- Train students for periodic assessments and performances at IME.
- Vocal teachers to be part of faculty instructor group to conduct online free spiritual class on a roster basis.
- The instructor will be primarily responsible to help improve quality of learning at the IME learning centre and will be periodically consulted for ideas and solutions.
- Be a part of Parent-teacher interaction session once every 6 months to help parents understand the issues faced by their child in their musical journey and provide solutions for them.
