What we are looking for?
Job Title: Music Educators
 Location: South Bengaluru
Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities :
  • Conduct engaging and interactive classes for students of various ages and skill levels.
  • Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students to support their musical growth and development.
  • Assess students’ musical progress and learning abilities through regular evaluations and performance assessments.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to help students overcome challenges and achieve their musical goals.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and creativity.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to manage student behavior, promote mutual respect, and ensure safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, performances, and achievements.
  • Prepare reports, progress summaries, and documentation for administrative purposes and program evaluation.
Qualifications
  • Background in music and any other performing arts mandatory
  • Speaking and writing proficiency in English and Kannada languages. Knowledge about other languages is an advantage
  • Proficient in teaching performing arts and prior experience engaging young children interactively
  • Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments relevant to the teaching curriculum.
  • Sensitive to cultural diversity and the ability to deliver inclusive music programs that respect and celebrate various backgrounds.
  • Passionate about music education and displays a desire to inspire students’ love for music.
  • Commitment to fostering creativity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning through music.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
